Do I have to pay for an initial consultation?

The initial consultation is usually free, and this is when we explain our services, charges and advice process.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

As part of our process, we will gather information about your income and expenditure, assets and liabilities. Alongside these, we’ll also require existing investments, pensions and insurance, and any information regarding this.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

The introductory phase of the process should take no longer than 30 minutes. If you move on to the information gathering phase, please allow around two hours in total. However, it will depend on your personal circumstances.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

If you do not wish to continue after the introduction phase of the meeting, then you do not have to.

How can I book an initial meeting?

Are you independent?

Yes. Our advice process is totally focused on the best outcome for clients. We recommend suitable and appropriate products and services from the whole of the market.

How do you get paid?

We can get paid by charging you fees or receiving a commission, or a combination of both. As part of our initial meeting, we will discuss the options available to you depending on the advice or services you require.
